Sand and Water!!!

Finally we have a place for Josh to play with sand!!! I do not care for a sand box much. Cats seem to use it and he like to put sand in his mouth way to much. (We don't have a cat) So even more gross for me. Anyway my neighbor gal and I split a 2 box pack that was a very good buy! They have a sand side, water side, tools, boats and even two little bridges!! Oh and a big umbrella to cover the whole thing!! And and when not in use a nice lid that straps on and won't blow off or let the rain in!!
I think this will keep him happy for awhile!!!

Fire Truck

We go to "Toddler Time" at the library and they had the fire trucks come today! Josh was very excited but a little nervous of the men. The men all read a book and showed them all the the cloths they wear to protect them during a fire. Not many of the kids liked them like this. They said it's good for them to see them like this because that is how they are going to see them if they had a fire! They told us sooo many kids will hide from them in a fire because they look so scary. And it is best to show them what the men and women would look like if the came to help them. Never thought of that!!

He thought he was one cool kid on the truck!! He had a hard time looking at the camera!!
This side of the truck did scare him more. I guess more stuff on it. They also got to go in for just a second! They had soooo many toddlers to put in and out, it really was just a second LOL!! I didn't have a great pic of that.

Summer Time!!!

Summer time is all Josh has asked about all winter long.... Finally we get to say it's summer! We got a new hat with a jeep on it! Josh is soooo happy daddy and Pa fixed the jeep this winter and he can go for a ride.
He likes the kids come over and do sidewalk chalk with him as well. He also had a few of Matt's old tractors out and loves them.
And look what the Easter Bunny got him!!! Not sure if he really gets the slide down it part but he likes it has a pool on the end of it and he can run thru it!!

Happy May Day!!!

Josh is off with all the May Day Baskets! We had a great time delivering all of them. Not sure if it's all of Lincoln or just this block but it was crazy today!!! We had more candy on the front porch than we new what to do with!!
Started off in the wrong direction across the grass.
Now we are ready!!! We probably went to about 20 houses. It took us most the day "not sure why" but it was fun and glad we did it.
Just getting started!
My feet hurt soooo bad I think daddy and Josh are fine! I think all this baby weight is getting the best of me LOL!! Hope you all had a great May Day!!!
